TS Interactive courses will not run with any pop-up blockers or ad blockers
enabled on your system. Most pop-up blockers allow you to disable
their blocking function. This page shows you how to access and
disable this feature for some of the most widely used pop-up
blockers on the market today. If you have Norton’s
Internet security or a toolbar
like Google /Yahoo or MSN you will need to disable the pop-up
blocker there.
To enable pop-up windows in Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2,
simply following the instructions below:
Open Internet Explorer and Click on Tools Pop-up blocker.
When this expands click on Turn Off Pop-up blocker.

It
will change to show
which
means your Internet explorer pop-up blockers will be switched off. Please check
below to see if you have any further pop-up blockers enabled.
To
turn off the Google toolbar pop-up blocker simply click on the options button
illustrated in the graphic below and uncheck the enable pop-up blocker. The
pop-up icon will disappear from your Google toolbar.

To disable the Yahoo! toolbar pop-up blocker, simply click on the

pop-up blocker. When you hover over the box it will now say pop-up
blockers off.

To
turn off the MSN toolbar pop-up blocker, simply click on the
“Blocked” button illustrated in the graphic below and click on
Allow pop-up blocker.

After
you have turned off the pop-up blockers it will show as

You will now need to click on the

and Pop-up Blocking need to be turned off for our courses to work.
