Please
read these instructions carefully before you insert your CD into
your computer
How to Run the CD-ROM
1. Open Internet Explorer
Please ensure that your default browser is Internet Explorer as
this course will not run in any other browser.

Click on Start menu ->
Click on Control Panel -> Double-click Internet
Options.

Click the Programs tab.

Click to select the Internet Explorer
should check to see whether it is the default browser
check box.

Click OK.
-
Start Internet Explorer and when you are
prompted to make it default browser, click Yes.
2. Disable all pop-up blockers before
inserting the CD into your machine. Please note that IE 6 toolbars (Google, Yahoo and MSN) and Internet
security programs (Norton and McAfee) all have pop-up and ad
blockers that need to be switched off To switch them off, follow the
instructions for each below.

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools
-> Pop-up blocker -> Turn-off pop-up blocker.

Toolbars: Go to the settings or
options panel and choose to disable pop-up blocker.

Security programs: Go to
Settings/Options or pop-up blocker ad blocker and choose to disable.
3. Insert the CD and it
will autorun
If the CD doesn’t
autorun, open “Start.html” with Internet Explorer from the CD
directory:
The CD will check if you
have Java, Flash Player and Adobe Reader. (You can install the
missing software as prompted on your screen) Re-insert the CD after
installing and repeat step 2 if the CD does not autorun.
4. If you are prompted with a digital signature security
message, please click "Run".
5. Click
on the course title to launch content within the Internet Explorer
window.
